PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing inventory and stock level on daily basis.
Sales Analysis and reordering based on forecasted Revenue.
Forecasts – replenishment orders only.
Dedicated to Deal of the Day page merchandising.
Doing Market surveys – online and offline and updating MRP on weekly basis.
Following up on suppliers’ payables and receivables.
Responsible for Fulfillment.
Communicating returns and RMA with suppliers.
Managing day-to-day POs with suppliers.
Day-to-day supplier negotiations in terms of pricing and promotions.
Assigning visual and/or physical weekly meetings with suppliers.
Tracking and following on suppliers’ performance in order to improve, maintain and evaluate.
Evaluating all suppliers and work on supplier’s scorecard.
Maintaining and improving payment terms for new and existing suppliers.
Inventory management based on aging internal cycle.
Proposing new Listing to meet SKU built.
Working head-to-head with the tablets category team in analyzing Electronics trends and market requirements in order to plan the collection.
Attending seasonal selling campaigns for every brand and division in order to select the needed collection by taking into consideration: customers’ demand, price, quality and availability, market trends, store policy and financial budgets.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar sales position or similar industry.
Demonstrable strong business acumen.
Ability to interact with suppliers and respond to complaints or issues raised by customers.
Hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.
Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change.
Self-starter, who takes initiative.
Exceptional communicator.
