Sales Support Specialist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure sellers’ products are listed within the agreed SLAs
  • Call the seller to coordinate for training and stock update
  • Coordinate issuing POs & with warehouse team
  • Follow up with the sales and content team
  • Prepare weekly progress report
  • Coordinate the photo shooting
  • Troubleshoot any bottle neck in the process

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Office especially excel is a must
  • Basic English proficiency is a must
  • Time management and basic reporting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to collaborate and work on a team
