Partner Relationship Executive

  • Handle third party onboarding process in terms of finalizing account setup & training.
  • Monitor partner’s performance, service quality and advise on enhancement procedures to increase revenues, decrease cancellation rate & maximize fulfillment.
  • Act as the first line of support for third party issues & second line of support for customer issues.
  • Maintain performance tracking report and communicate progress on daily basis to management & category BDEs


  • University Degree in Business or Management
  • 2-5 years’ experience in client management or customer service.
  • Excellent relationship management & problem-solving skills.
  • Alerted, active & have an eye for details
