PAYFORT is part of Souq Group, established in 2013. PAYFORT is regional expert in payment processing technology and solutions across major markets in the GCC & Levant countries, operating in UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan and Qatar. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Looks for opportunities to grow the business through acquisition of new sellers.
  • Analyzes sales and other reports that give insight into target sellers' products and listing. 
  • Resolves issues with contract’s financial aspects and commercial operations.
  • Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise.
  • Conducts market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
  • Identifies potential partnership opportunities by researching market / industry and keeping a close eye on key developments in the region.
  • Cold calls as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meets potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging professional network.
  • Through market research develops forward-thinking, creative marketing strategies aimed at generating leads, growing sales, and driving revenue.
  • Plans persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with Payfort.
  • Develops a cordial professional rapport with new clients, and sets targets for sales and provides support that will continually improve the relationship.
  • Grows and retains existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to partners.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identifies and develops the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Daily operational management of key partnerships.
  • Works in close collaboration with Regional Marketing team to ensure alignment of broader goals.
  • Monitors customer acquisition, sales & revenue and optimizes campaigns accordingly.
  • Compiles and analyzes performance metrics to assess placements effectiveness and to identifies new opportunities.
  • Plans and develops the required creative/marketing material, landing pages, promotions etc
  • Interacts with the technical and operational team for different aspects. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3-5 year experience in a similar sales position or payment industry/ acquiring industry.
  • Must have experience leading a team 
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change
  • Self-starter, ability to take initiatives 
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Arabic speaking
  • Ability to work effectively within fast paced, diverse cross functional teams
